7. You get free access to video tutorials to help you build your website / funnels and access to assistance and guidance on Whatsapp. We are also available to co-build for a small fee.

Can I create a website / funnel before I start my paid subscription?

Yes. You have a 14-day trial on each account you create. You have unlimited trials to test different ideas and designs before you decide to begin your subscription.

What are the benefits if I subscribe yearly?

With the yearly subscription you will get 20 to 25% off of the month-to-month subscription price and you save "bigly'.

Can I cancel my DIY Website / Funnel Builder subscription?

Yes. No questions asked. If you cancel within 14 days of your yearly subscription you can get a full refund. No refunds on monthly subscriptions.

Can I contact you if I get stuck with the system?

Yes. You can contact us at any time and we will help you with any issue you may have. However if you want us to co-build a fee will accrue.

How do I purchase a domain?

You can purchase email hosting to go with your hosted website /funnel. All co.za domains are free with email hosting. Go here, buy and connect it to your site.

How do I get a refund?

By subscribing annually, you are eligible for a refund up to 14 days after the purchase. Contact us and we will assist you with the refund.

Can I change my subscription plan?

Yes. You can request more funnels or upgrade to one of our DIY website builder packages (20 pages or unlimited pages DIY websites).

Can I make changes myself?

Yes. You have access to the backend and can make any changes you want with the assistance of various help tutorials.

Do I need to host the website I create?

No. DIY Website Builder provides high-speed and secure web hosting.

Can I host what I create myself?

No. We are hosting everything on our secure and very fast servers.
